MAN Media Van
Mobile MediaCenter: designed to make everyday work easier, the three versions of the MAN Media Van infotainment system bring key functions together in one place — from vehicle settings and radio to phone connectivity and more. The standard MAN Media Van comes with a 10.4-inch touchscreen, DAB tuner, Bluetooth and MAN SmartLink for easy smartphone pairing. If you want even more, the MAN Media Van Navigation with a 10.4-inch display and the MAN Media Van Navigation Business with a larger 12.9-inch screen are also available. Extra features such as web radio, media streaming, smart voice control, precise navigation and in-car communication with the rear seats help make every journey smoother and more connected.

Emergency call, MAN Breakdown Service and MAN Info support can all be accessed through the roof console in your vehicle. Together with the MAN telematics box3) installed in the vehicle, they are there to support you at all times — whether you need help in an emergency, assistance with a breakdown or answers to technical questions about the vehicle and how it works.
EU emergency call
In a serious accident, every second matters. With the emergency call button, the driver can contact the nearest emergency call centre directly, even without a smartphone. If an airbag is triggered, the call is made automatically. To help emergency services respond quickly, key information required by law — such as the vehicle’s location — is sent to the call centre at the same time.
MAN Breakdown Service
If a breakdown happens, the driver can press the MAN Breakdown Service button to speak directly to a member of the MAN Mobile24 team. Important vehicle data, such as the location and any fault codes, is sent automatically so help can be arranged more quickly. The MAN Mobile24 team also contacts the nearest MAN workshop to make sure the vehicle is repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible. No smartphone is needed to use the MAN breakdown call.
MAN Info call
If the driver has questions about the vehicle, they can contact the MAN Mobile24 centre directly using the MAN Info call button. A member of the team is there right away to provide help and advice. This service also works without a smartphone.
Accident recording technology
Advanced technology for added safety: MAN TGE vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes come with intelligent accident recording as standard. In the event of a collision, the system records and stores important data from just before, during and shortly after the impact. This information can then be used to support accident analysis and to assess how effectively the safety systems responded.
MAN Mobile24
MAN Mobile24 is all about helping quickly and getting you back on the road with as little delay as possible. We’re available 24/7, 365 days a year, on the free number 00800 Mobile24 / 00800 66 24 53 24.
It’s MAN’s own roadside assistance service and provides vehicle support across Europe.
Across Europe it offers:
- quick and reliable help should a breakdown occur
- help to arrange scheduled appointments for customers who are abroad and
- comprehensive tyre service on the road including tyre changes.

MAN ServiceCare S: Proactive maintenance and repair management
MAN ServiceCare S helps you plan and combine maintenance appointments more efficiently, so your vehicles stay on the road for longer. With this digital service, both you and your MAN service partner can keep track of each vehicle’s maintenance status at all times. Your MAN service outlet will get in touch early to arrange upcoming service work, which helps cut down on admin. Well-maintained vehicles also mean fewer breakdowns and better day-to-day availability across your fleet.
