MAN Mobile24 breakdown service for trucks, vans, busses and EVs

When you’re in the business of transport, being on the move and on time is vital, so when the unexpected does occur, you need support you can count on. You can rely on the MAN Mobile24 team to handle everything from roadside help and towing to workshop bookings and repairs, so you can get back on the road and reach your destination on time.

 

INTERACTIVE TRACKING

Should an unexpected breakdown occur, with MAN Mobile24 Interactive Tracking you can send your exact location and describe the problem at hand. MAN Mobile24 will keep you posted with updates starting with when breakdown technician will arrive, right through to the repair being completed.

If you operate across borders, MAN Mobile24 can also help you organise planned appointments such as maintenance, inspections or tests, and support you with technical information. This service is only available when the vehicle is outside its home country and needs to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

MAN Mobile24 offers a full tyre service while you’re on the road, including tyre changes and replacement or new tyres, so you can get moving again without unnecessary delay. With MAN ServiceCare, you can keep a closer eye on vehicle uptime and reduce unnecessary downtime. This preventive digital service for maintenance and repair management uses remote vehicle diagnostics, with condition data sent over the air via mobile internet. That means workshop teams and breakdown staff can see key vehicle information in advance and give you faster, more targeted support if a breakdown happens.
